Dr Paul Umeda demonstrates the best qualities a vet can have. When we visit Dr. Paul, he is knowledgeable, kind, caring and responsive to our wishes as well as being totally engaged with our pets, understanding their conditions and needs. Our visits to Dr Paul are educational. He gives background to he problems our pets are experiecing so we can understand on a technical level described in terms we can understand. He is compassionate and understanding regarding quality of life for our pets. I've been taking my pets to Dr Paul for well over a decade and have gone through new puppy / rescue dog introductory visits when all spirits are high and well as those sad visits when we ask the Dr to let our pets have a kind death to stop their suffering. When leaving the office after all those appointments, we leave with the knowledge that a caring, educated, exceptional vet has shared in our experience. Dr Paul also has an office full of caring, skilled staff to assist with the animal care. In addition, Dr Paul also has a kind sense of humor when he puts various situations in perspective, making you smile and think at the same time. He is also quite astute in dealing with each pet's special essence. He's just a SuperVet !! My kitty thinks he's purrfect, and my dogs know it would be ruff if he wasn't around !! :)

After trying a few (car salesman vets), I finally found a honest Vet. Dr Hanna at Park Animal Hospital in Simi Valley, CA. He is friendly, caring, does not give un needed tests nor over charges for any service. He front office is clean and smells clean. His staff does not get any friendlier. My cat 11 yrs old looked lifeless and I took her to the local vet. I was told she would not make it the weekend. I had tro beg for meds and told they probley won't do any good. In 2 days, my cat was back to being herself. 2 Visits cost me $1000.00 and I was told more meds and tests were needed over another $500.00. Dr Hanna did labs and only charged me $179.00 for office visit and outside labs. He called me and said she was a happy and healthy cat. Look at Google or YELP and see other comments about this place and vet. Thank you Dr Hanna and staff.

I know this veterinarian more than 30 years which they're always best service and friendly staff. They take care of our dog like their family. Also a lot of helpful information receive by email too. Outstanding services and staff!

After frantically calling every vet in Utah County at 2 AM, Dr. Tara Erickson was the only one to answer the phone. She had obviously been sleeping but patiently listened to me while I explained Callie's symptoms. Callie was a 2 month old black lab, and I had only had her for two days before I noticed she was sick. I wasn't sure what to do since Callie is my first pet. Dr. Erickson calmed me down and saw me early the next morning and treated Callie, and soon Callie was back to normal! Dr. Erickson just recently graduated from vet school in 2011; however she has already been featured in the news for her efforts as a vet. After an abusive man broke his neighbors’ dog's elbow, the dog was taken into Park Animal Hospital where Dr. Erickson performed surgery. Dr. Erickson later adopted that dog after learning that the dog’s current owners didn’t have the financial resources to take care of the dog. I haven't ever seen anyone who loves animals as much as Dr. Erickson, so I can easily say that my vet's the best!
